About the Role
As our Operational Executive for the Asia-Pacific region, you are the heartbeat of our international logistics flows. You aren't just moving containers; you are coordinating the entire journey between Asia and Europe. You will act as the crucial operational link between customers, overseas agents, carriers, and our internal teams, ensuring a smooth and reliable end-to-end execution.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinate daily international shipments (Asia ↔ Europe) and ensure everything stays on track.
- Liaise with overseas agents, carriers, and terminals to guarantee seamless transitions.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any operational hurdles before they become problems.
- Manage documentation, data processing, and exceptions like delays or escalations.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial Executive and planning teams to optimize our service.
- Maintain accurate operational data within our TMS and systems.
Your Profile
You are structured, solution-oriented, and you don't break under the pressure of time zones and deadlines.
- Experience: 2–5 years in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
- Languages: Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a very strong plus.
- Expertise: Familiarity with international trade lanes (specifically Asia–Europe) and a hands-on mentality.
- Mindset: You are a proactive communicator who can work independently while being a true team player.
